Staging suggestions will be made on curb appeal, furniture, art and accessory placement, paint color and any updates or repairs that should be made before listing. Each consultation also includes an emailed copy of our "Go-To" Staging Tips and a Showing Checklist.

Walk & Talk Consultation

Verbal consultation that is a quick and cost-effective solution for those who enjoy a little DIY.

  • Up to a 2-hour consultation

  • Verbal assessment of home 

  • Customized room-by-room plan (homeowners encouraged to take notes)

  • Emailed copy of "Go-to" Staging Suggestions & Showing Checklist

  • Fee: $150-$175

Remote Consultation

Just like a Walk & Talk Consult but conducted remotely using your phone or tablet. Requirements for this service include:

  • Camera phone/tablet

  • Secure internet connection 

  • Access to telecommunication apps like Zoom or FaceTime

  • Access to file sharing app - OneDrive

  • Fee: $150

Walk & Talk with Customized Report

Same as the Walk & Talk Consultation but includes an emailed copy of your customized room-by-room plan. Recommended for those who are not in a rush to list their home or enjoy a good to-do list!

  • Up to a 2-hour consultation 

  • Customized room-by-room plan emailed within 24 hours of consultation

  • Emailed copy of "Go-to" Staging Suggestions & Showing Checklist

  • Fee $250-$300


This is a great service if you are looking to give your home a fresh look but don't want to spend a lot of money!

  • Up to 2 hours of styling

  • Use of existing decor

  • Rearrange furniture, rehang art and placement of accessories

  • Suggestions on additional furnishings and paint colors, if needed

  • Fee: $150-$175

Hands-on Staging

​Recommended for those looking to get their home on the market quickly. 

  • 2-hour, 1/2 day and full day options available

  • Stager will physically move furniture, rehang art and help you gather items to "pre-pack" for your move (having boxes on hand this day is helpful)

  • Emailed copy of "Go-to" Staging Suggestions & Showing Checklist

  • Fee: $175 for 2  hours
